Our goal is to expose as many young people as we can to engineering, and help them see that engineering is fun, accessible, and meaningful. We offer enrichment classes and camps for kids, aged 4-14.
Job Description:
Work together with managing owners and customer service manager to improve marketing efforts and find new avenues and partners to increase business. We are happy to negotiate revenue sharing based on growth!
Duties Include:
Putting together newsletters for current clients.
Social media posting (or training and supervising an assistant).
Reaching out to schools and other organizations to schedule remote classes.
Teaching classes and camps (training provided)
Onboarding new employees.
Providing support and training to teachers.
Scheduling and planning special events.
Recommended Qualities:
Self-motivated, good with kids, time-management skills, networking skills, professional demeanor, improvement mindset, love of learning new things, creative problem solver, interpersonal communication skills, event planning, delegation skills, experience with coaching/education/managing young people.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
